Starting Analysis

Tackling psychological problems impacting your life takes time. The bedrock of personal discovery and psychological change may lie in a chance to enter into a dialogue with an insightful and highly experienced psychotherapist. All AJA members are psychotherapists. Each has completed additional training to become an analytical psychologist (jungian analyst). AJA analysts make use of the ideas of Carl Jung and more recent thinkers, across a wide field of psychoanalysis to inform the work.

All AJA analysts are registered and accredited with either the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) or/and the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), and other professional bodies depending on their jurisdiction of practice and licensure. Several AJA analysts assist clients from across the globe as well here in the UK.

If you would like to approach an analyst, then consult our directory of members for direct contact details.

AJA analysts meet regularly with one another for continual professional development and to share best practice and emerging thinking. As an organisation, we undertake a rigorous practice to confirm that all AJA analysts have up to date accreditations, continual professional development and insurances to for their practice.
