Former responsibilities: Joint Co-ordinator of Champernowne Trust Summer Course committee August 2018; past member of AJA Council, past Chair of AJA Professional Committee, past member of CAP Executive. Occasional host of social dreaming matrices, and seminar leader in alchemy and other Jungian-related topics. Interest in the symbolic in all creative art forms, imaginal essentialism, and engaged in pursuit of the symbolic and the imaginative life in my analytical psychology practice.
I am opening a new practice in Farnham, Surrey, commencing late 2018. Working together with a client or patient, I use a classical and archetypal Jungian approach, combining developmental and archetypal aspects, adapting to client needs. We consider together the meaning underlying difficulty, stuckness, and dis-ease. We may sometimes use myth, folk tales, or active imagination by drawing and writing. My work is based upon trusting the healing power of the unconscious psyche, as revealed in symbolic life. At times we use synchronicities, dreams and fantasies to help towards new understanding. Ultimately Jungian analysis is a spiritual quest for meaning, a search for the soul.
I see clients and patients for confidential Jungian psychotherapy or Jungian analysis at a frequency of once, twice or three times weekly, depending upon client need. Enquiries welcome by email or telephone.
