I am an experienced, qualified and professionally trained psychotherapist and counsellor. I have been working in private practice in Bromsgrove and Birmingham since 2008. My original training was in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at Birmingham City University; which made it possible for me to be an accredited and registered practitioner with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am currently undertaking further professional training in Jungian Analysis and Analytical Psychology with the Association of Jungian Analysts (AJA), London.
Qualifications: MSc Counselling and Psychotherapy. Diploma in Integrative Counselling. BA Open University. DMS Management Studies
Other experience as a therapeutic practitioner: I have worked as a Counsellor with the Royal College of Nursing, Birmingham City Council and various Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs).
I work with individual adults, occasionally couples, and offer clinical supervision to trainee psychotherapists, counsellors and fellow-professionals.
All sessions take place in my consulting room in Bromsgrove. I work in both a long-term, open-ended way and offer once, twice, and three-times weekly sessions. I am also open to working on a time-limited basis.
