My training includes in-depth trauma work, also working with eating disorders and self harm, PTSD, and therapy that addresses early adverse experiences—including those linked to childhood or the impact of boarding school
Common concerns I work with include anxiety, depression, grief, relationship and family issues, life transitions, and questions of meaning and identity. Therapy is offered both in person and online—or a blend of both, depending on what suits you best.
