You may find it valuable to keep an ‘Alchemical Journal’ during your preparation for the weekend. This might include: reflective thoughts, personal associations to reading material, dreams, etc. Alchemy is best understood through personal experience. You will be given opportunities throughout the weekend to add to your journal reflections. This is for your use only and will not be shared with the group.

This seminar weekend will incorporate workshop sessions, please dress comfortably.
